Mission: To share our faith with children attending state schools.
Our catechists and helpers provide an opportunity for Catholic children attending the state schools of Lugarno, Peakhurst West and Peakhurst South to receive Catholic scripture and an introduction to Christ’s healing word. Catechists who teach these children are all volunteers who receive training to help them with their work in the classroom. The Catechist creates the conditions necessary for the Christian message to be more deeply understood and enrich the lives of the children. We are always looking for new catechists, helpers and prayer partners.
